The ugly truth is that Data gets Dirty.

Data needs to be cleaned and managed… regularly. The Bulk Data Manager* allows you to select a group of records and apply bulk data management to the data.

Use Case Example: Imagine a situation where you have a lot of records that you imported without a City or State specified, but, you know that those records are for people in Dallas, TX. You can use the Bulk Data Manager tool to select the records and tell the system to Make City = Dallas, and Make State = TX.

Use Case Example: Another example is that you have some records where State = Texas and others where State = TX. Use the Bulk Data Manager to Select All Records where State = Texas then Make State = TX.
