Create Personalized Content that Changes Dynamically

The Dynamic Content Manager* uses content shortcodes that can be inserted into email templates. The shortcodes are triggered by CRM Record variables to customize the content for each recipient.

Use Case Example: Client “A” purchases a John Deere tractor. You create Dynamic Content regarding a new attachment that is available for that particular model tractor. A regularly scheduled Newsletter goes out on the 15th of the month. The Newsletter checks for Dynamic Content related to Client “A” and finds the content related to the tractor attachment. Each Client can have a similar trigger… if there is no trigger the special offer content is not included in the Newsletter that month.

Dynamic Content can be added to Campaigns after they are already scheduled making it easier to customize the content that is sent out without having to create new Campaigns.
